I am a fan of noodles and I've always liked bell peppers, raw and cooked. When I was younger I thought why not combining them into one dish? So that's what I did. It is a very easy dish and if that's not enough, just have a piece of meat with it.Ingredients:
- Rotini noodles
- 1 Red bell pepper
- 1 Yellow bell pepper
- 1 Green bell pepper
Boil the amount of noodles you desire in a pot until it's al dente. While you have the noodles cooking, cut the bell peppers into stripes. Cut it as thick as you wish. If a stripe is too long or too big just cut them into smaller pieces. Make sure you rinse the peppers off and remove all the seeds.
Drain the noodles and put them into a pan with the desired amount of butter. You can always add more if you wish. Now add the peppers to the noodles and mix it all together. Use whatever you want to season it.
Cook it to the crispness you desire. Make sure you don't overcook it or it gets mushy. Bon Appetite!
